Japan’s Changing The World

Published on July 20, 2022

Japan is the third leader in the economy in the world, and at the same time, the harmful emissions of its enterprises accounted for the smallest part in the entire history of records.

Japan has been reducing their harmful impact on the environmental situation for 7 years now. This time, the reduction occurred by 5.1 percent. It occurred due to the pandemic (that’s when many factories cut down their production to some extent) and the development of renewable energy sources.
However, the Japanese are not going to stop there.

Tokyo wants to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the environment by 2030. Since 2013 the harmful emissions level has decreased by 18 percent.
