When it comes to our passion, we always try to accomplish the best results and do everything we can to fulfill our goals. Simply saying – when we truly are determined and inspired, we do our job, and we try to do it the best way possible.
There are ups and downs, but for someone, it seems like everything’s possible. Those people deserve to be highly appreciated.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority decided such a person to be Paola Crow, who dedicated her career to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas concierge duties. She’s been pronounced to be a Hospitality Hero.
Working in such an industry is not easy, as well as it is not easy to stay kind, sincere and emphatic. It’s hard physically and physiologically to interact with such a huge flow of people every day.
Crow served there as a concierge since 1999, then joined Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2010, and continued to do the job she’s been loving this whole time with a passion one can only envy.
We guess, we’d stay in a hotel that’s under her care.
For not all heroes wear capes – some of them just wear their name badges instead.
