May is coming, and there is plenty of time left to make a reservation for your vacation… this one’s not biting. Some tours are already reserved, and tickets to most destinations will be sold out by fall.
One of these places is Diamond Head State Monument, the most recognized national park in Hawaii. What makes this spot special is an ancient crator, formed more than thirty thousand years ago during a volcanic eruption and dormant since then. This summer, the state’s Department of Land and National Resources wants to attract more visitors to look at their national heritage. This is why the acceptance of reservations will start two weeks earlier than usual. Visitors from abroad will be required to provide their documents in order to enter the park. Those who cannot fulfill these requirements will need to reserve their tickets in advance. There is a notional price to be paid for the ticket by non-local visitors, but, no matter if one pays for the entrance or goes for free, they will definitely enjoy the day at Diamond Head State Monument. This park provides a lot of activities, a space for a relaxing day out, and a spectacular landscape.
